A fast programme across live footpaths and bus corridors involved public access, after-hours work and many separate site and trade dependencies.
Team Vanguard’s contribution
For Radius Displays, Team Vanguard managed the programme, construction and installation of bus shelters across City of Sydney sites. We coordinated sequencing, contractors, access and the public interface.
Why this experience matters
The supplied July 2023 programme snapshot recorded 298 shelter installations across 331 tranche-assigned sites at that date. This is an interim programme measure, not a final completion figure.
